These felt as good as the squats yesterday. A bit of variety means more fun.

NG Inclined Press - 3 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/155lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/175lbs, 195lbs/10 reps.



Dumbbell OH Triceps Ext - 3 sets/8 reps/35lbs.

Standing Concentration Bicepts Curl - 2 sets/8 reps/35lbs.

As I feel better I feel better to add extra exercises. My left triceps has caused me issues for a very long time. Either it's gonna keep up with me or I'm gonna leave it behind.
