Buffalo Bar Bench Squats

Last week SSB Bench Squats felt really good. Today I wanted to mix it up again so I pulled out the Buffalo Bar. These felt outstanding.

Rebounding - 45 minutes.

Baffalo Bar Bench Squats - 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/185lbs, 2 sets/10,12 reps/235lbs.


Rebounding - 15 minutes.

Getting better and stronger. Still fat. Time for supper.
