Bench Press
Wanting more weight today I went for heavy singles on the bench. Heavy is all relative considering my strength is way down and my fat is way up.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/3 reps, 5 sets/1 rep/315lbs.
NG Bench Press - 3 sets/10 reps/225lbs.
Now I'm hungry. Time for supper.
