Starting slow.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Squats - 3 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs.
Later on in the evening.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Nothing difficult.
