Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Light Stretches.
Tire Deadlifts (OH Grip) - 2 sets/6 reps/235lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/235lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/235lbs.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
I'm still feeling ill but I gotta do something. The last 30 minutes of rebounding was done inconjunction with the Deadlifts. Every 10 minutes a set. Feeling not great but better for doing something.
