Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 5 sets/6 reps/225lbs.
This felt alright. I worked on not locking out at the top but pounding through the reps. I also narrowed my grip. Keep mixing things up. Keep learning.
