Inclined NG Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/185lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/235lbs.
I watched Diggstown while training. A great movie I haven't watched in a long time.
It's sad that we recently lost Louis Gossett, Jr.
