Lazy Ass

Recently I've been so lazy. No motivation to do much. However, saying that there is so much in my life happening. I won't go into details but 2024 is a huge year of change and I don't see it slowing down. I guess I'm being a bit hard on myself. I haven't actually missed a full week of training. Back in the rack today for some squats.

Rebounding - 15 minutes.

Theragun.

Leg Swings and Stretches.

Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 225lbs/12 reps.


Rebounding - 15 minutes.

Nothing special. I still made sure to keep the reps fluid and not lock out at the top position. Decent volume. Form is still rock solid. I feel good but FAT.
