Better training day today. But, so it should be... I was sitting down.

Light Stretches.

Inclined NG Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 4 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 5 sets/6 reps/225lbs.

Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/20lbs.

Feeling good.
