Tire Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/265lbs, 325lbs/1 rep (OH Grip), 325lbs/3 reps, 375lbs/1 rep (OH Grip), 2 sets/1 rep/375lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/385lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/395lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/405lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/415lbs.
I learned something. Grasp the bar with my left/under hand first. Otherwise it tends to drift way outside the desired position. This video shows what I'm talking about.
