More to the Story

2024 is going crazy. At the beginning of the year I quit my job of five plus years. Today I was offered a position to re-enlist in the Military. The RCAF is critically short staffed and since I'm not doing much right now, maybe I can help. I maintain rank and seniority and going into a job that I really enjoyed, Employment and Training. Not sure when I start but I'm guessing towards the end of summer. 

Today I felt guilty that I didn't lift so far this week. Here's what happened.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

SSB Squats - bar/12 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/140lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/230lbs.



Bench Press - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs, (narrow grip) 3 ssets/6 reps/225lbs.
