Push Pull Pull

Went to the doctor today then got x-rays. I'm waiting to hear back from the doctor about my collar bone. Dislocated, or not.

Light Stretches

Rebounding - 90 minutes.

Standing Axle Press-  3 sets/6,8,10 reps/115lbs.


Bent Over Axle Rows - 3 sets/10,12,14 reps/115lbs.


High Cable Rows - 3 sets/14,16 18 reps/50kg.

Still taking it light but still training. Beautiful day today
