Cut Grass and Bench Press

Got home from work to cut the grass then some Bench Press.

Rebounding - 70 minutes.

Bench Press - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6,8,10 reps/225lbs.


WG High Cable Rows - 3 sets/12,16,20 reps/50kg.

Feeling tired. My body feels good.
