Standing Log Press

I feel like crap today eventhough weatherwise it's a gorgeous day. Maybe after some training I'll feel better.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Standing Log Press - 3 sets/6,8,12 reps/70lbs, 2 sets/8,12 reps/100lbs, 2 sets/8,12 reps/140lbs.


Front Hold - 3 sets/45lbs.


No support equipment for the log. Considering my left shoulder lately I'm pleased with today. Actually my shoulder feels pretty good. I'll see tomorrow.
