Sandbag Sunday

A bit lethargic again today. Get out to the garage and just see what happens.

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Static Hangs - 2 sets/15, 20 sec.


Sandbag to Shoulder (L+R) - 5 sets/2 reps/150lbs.


Static Stretches.

More Sandbag experience is always welcome and needed. Everytime I use it I learn. Now time for something to eat and off the work.
