Squats

It's been a busy start to the week. Monday was a recovery from Deadlifts and food. However, I still did 30 minutes of rebounding. Yesterday we took the day off work and did some much needed running around town. I also managed to get 60 minutes of rebounding in the books. Today I had to get under the bar.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Squats - 2 sets/10,6 reps/135lbs, 185lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/4,4,4,6 reps/275lbs.


BW Lunges - 3 sets/12 reps per leg.

Feeling a really good pump eventhough I'm wondering where my strength has gone for squats. These didn't feel great. Oh well, there will be days like this.
Oh ya, I also played with the grip implement
I made.

Flask Grip - 55,75,95lbs miss 115lbs.
