Squats

Back on track with barbell squats. Yesterday, I was rebounding. That's something. Today, I did a touch more than last time.

Theragun.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/3 reps, 225lbs/3 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/315lbs.



I've been watching WSM competitors warm up. It appears that I do way more volume than what's required. I skimed some of the warm-up today. It didn't seem to bother me physically.
