Sandbag

Sandbag work is so humbling. I can throw double the weight around on a bar. The 200lbs bag is still kicking my ass. However, it was kicking my ass a little less today. The 150lbs bag felt very controlled today. More so than usual.

Rebounding - 50 minutes.

Sandbag - 3 sets/2 reps/150lbs, 4 sets/various/200lbs.



WG Lat Rows - 3 sets/12 reps/50kg.

Down to the last few weeks until the competition. Although, the Sandbag work is getting better, I really have no idea how I'll do on the Sandbag and Keg medley. The benifit is I'm getting stronger.
