Inclined Bench Press

I was going to take a break today. Nope. However, it was kind of a rest day.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Inclined Bench Press - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/12,12,8+2+2 reps/225lbs.


Performing at an angle I haven't done in a while. Still happy to reach muscle fatigue hence the +2+2 reps.
