New toy for my garage gym. I bought it secondhand from a friend of mine for a good price. I don't really need it but variety is the spice of life. It definately adds some variety to training.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Swiss Bar Inclined Press - 6 sets/12 reps/110lbs.
The Swiss Bar weighs only 20lbs. I varried my grip throughout even doing one set on the narrowest grips. Great triceps work. Now I have some gardening to do.
