Force Test Prep

Now that I'm back to work I will eventually have to pass a PT Test or what is refered to as the "Force Test". There's only one portion of the test that concerns me. The 20m Rushes. I promised myself that I would start working on this obvious weekness after my birthday. Today was day one of Force Test Prep.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Burpees - 3 sets/4,8,10 reps.


I know it doesn't seem like much but I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow. Its good place to start. I was surprised I could even do these.
