Rebounding and Weightloss

Going back to work has been very negative wrt my weight. As in I've lost weight. Today I'm 10lbs down and I feel great!

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Kettlebell Swings - 15,15,20 reps/40lbs.

The swings were done in conjuction with the last 15 minutes of rebounding.

Now it's time to eat and get the rest of the day going.
