Deadlifts

Working nights ths week means I can train before going to work. No tires. Pulls from the ground and no belt or straps.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Theragun

Rack Pulls - 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs.

Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/9 total reps, 2 sets/3 reps/405lbs.


High Cable Rows - 3 sets/12 reps/50,60,70kg.

Now it's time to eat then get ready for work.
