Now that I'm back to work I'm not within reach of the fridge and I'm slowly losing weight. My heaviest this year was 373lbs. This morning I weighed 366lbs. I'm not counting calories and I feel good.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
NG Bench Press - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/10,12,12 reps/225lbs.
Eating then off to work.
