Squats

Days not training I rebounded for at least 30 minutes. Today I did Squats, and rebounding. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Squats - bar/12 rep, 135lbs/10 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/6,6,8 reps/245lbs.


No belt. I felt a little uneasy with my form but pushed through. Now its time for dinner. We're going to Ye's.
