Deadlifts
No belt, no straps. Nothing heavy. Shorter rests between sets. Good pump.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Deadlifts - 6 sets/6,6,8,10,12,8 reps/225lbs.
Some of the sets were done overhand grip and others were done with a conventional over under grip. 50 total reps. Feels good.
