Yesterday I didn't train but I did re organize my garage gym. Every plate was shifted. It took most of the day. This morning I'm sore.
Today I drove up to Selkirk to help a friend with his bench press shirt at the provincial bench press championships. With only 10 lifters it went very quick.
This afternoon I am training in my re organized space.

Rebounding 20 minutes.
Push Ups - 5 sets/10,10,10,12,20 (amrap) reps.
Considering the heat these felt good. Good pump.
