Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Pull Up Negatives - 3 sets/30 reps.
Push Ups - 5 sets/12,12,15,15,20 reps.
Inclined Push Ups - 4 sets/10 reps.
I tweeked my back on the second last set. Nothing bad, just a pain in the back. Good to stop there. I wanna have some fun tomorrow.
