Bench Squats

What a ridiculously busy week end. My son arrived Saturday for a visit. My parents got here Sunday because they are moving here. Sunday we had the whole Snow side of the family over for Canada Day dinner. It's been over a decade since that last happened. Time to continue training.

I decided to continue with Bench Squats for a while. Or at least until I can put some real weight on the bar.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Bench Squats - bar/10 reps, 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/315lbs.


These all felt really good. That is all.
