This morning I spent about two hours weeding the front garden. Bending over and standing up over and over is a lot tougher than one may assume. Especially when the gardener weighs as much as I do.
This afternoon I decided to try out some new parallel grip handles while rebounding.
Parallel Grip Pulls - 7 sets/12 reps.
Rebounding - 6 sets/5 minutes.
What a great way to train. These new handles are exactly what I was wanting.
