Inclined Axel Bar NG Bench Press

Quite the title for this post. Still mixing things up a bit I decided to press with the Axel Bar.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Inclined Axel Bar NG Bench Press - bar (25lbs)/10 reps, 2 sets/10 reps/125lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/175lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/195lbs.



Standing Side Laterals - 2 sets/10 reps/25lbs.

Feeling alright.
