Bench Squats
Regular barbell this week. However, I chose to squat on my regular flat bench. My utility bench is 20 inches high. My flat bench is 17 inches. Watching the video I'm right at paralell on the flat bench making it more difficult.

Bench Squats - bar/10 reps, 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/185lbs, 2 sets/10,12 reps/235lbs.
Feeling pretty good. I'm sure the volume will pay off in strength gains in the near future. Nothing heavy. Not yet.
