Rebounding - 10 minutes.
Max Trainer - 5 minutes (sucking wind)
Rebounding - 15 minutes.
Farmers Handles (weight per hand) - 110lbs/6 reps, 110lbs/100ft walk, 170lbs/4 reps, 170lbs/25+25ft walk, 170lbs/30 sec hold, 220lbs/10 sec hold.
No belt, no straps. Only chalk. These all felt amazing. I'm gonna add these to the mix for sure. I feel like it's gonna hurt later.
