Yesterday I helped out at Manitoba's Strongest Woman / Man. A long day but amazing energy. Lots a great people. Today I pick up my wife and youngest daughter from the airport. In about an hour. I'm motivated more than ever to train and get stronger. What better way of killing some time before I head to the airport? Benching of course!
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 4 sets/1,2,2,2 reps/225lbs+130lbs chain), 225lbs/6 reps.
At this point I'm spent on the bench.
Barbell Biceps Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/45lbs.
Now I gotta go.
