Bench Press

Still feeling strong and somewhat healthy despite my diet being all messed up. Oh well, keep lifting.

Light Stretches.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/10 reps/225lbs.


Quick and easy.

I've been seeing 5,3,1 on digital clocks a lot lately. As the interpretation of the numbers really seem to differ from site to site I am concluding that the universe is telling me to get my ass into the gym and train.
