Rebounding and Sit Ups
Lots of free time today before going to work. Gotta make sure to keep active.
Rebounding - 40 minutes.
Sit Ups - 6 sets/10 thru 20 by 2's. (90 reps)
Static Stretches.
Feeling really good. Nothing more to say right now.
