Bouncing, Core and Walk
Monday is Thanksgiving. I'd like to Squat before the turkey dinner. That said, I'm doing exercises to keep active.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Ab Sling Knee-Ups - 6 sets/10 reps.
Walk - 20 minutes.
Static Stretches.
All good keeping busy. Feeling very good.
