Rebounding and Leg Raises

Grocery shopping this morning. This afternoon, after an unplanned nap, it's time to train. I'm an old man.

Rebounding - 30 minutes (6x5 min)

Laying Leg Raises - 4 sets/15 reps, 2 sets/20 reps.

Tomorrow I plan on going to Brickhouse to get some much needed coaching for two of the events at Tolstoi.
