Inclined NG Bench Press
Something different and fun.
Rebounding - 30 minutes.
Light Stretches.
Inclined NG Bench Press - 5 sets/12 reps/135lbs.
Nothing else. I gotta come up with a strength building program. So far, squats and inclined presses will be part of the program.
