Deload Deadlifts
Casual lifting tonight. Nothing heavy just moving the bar to make the muscles feel good.
Overhand Grip Deadlifts - 4 sets/6 reps/255lbs.
Band Assisted Pullups - 3sets/6 reps.
All good.
