Deadlifts
I wasn't going to train today. Spent my day off doing more work in the bathroom. As the afternoon lead into the evening and my desire to Deadlift increased.
Deadlifts - 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 365lbs/6 reps.
Bent Over Dumbbell Rows - 25lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/12 reps/50lbs.
No belt, no straps. Feeling a bit fat and lazy but still feeling good.
