Some Squats
Nothing difficult. Just keeping some remnants of mobility and form. It's cold in the garage +5 degC.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats - 3 sets/10 reps/bar, 6 sets/10 reps/135lbs.
That's it and that's all.
