17 Wing Strength Club

Got together with some friends to lift at the 17 Wing Strength Club. Lots of great stories.

Light Stretches.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/4 reps, 4 sets/1,2,1,1 reps/335lbs, 3 sets/1 rep/355lbs.

Deadlift - 200kg/3 reps.


The rest of the time was spent chit chatting. Great evening.
