Rebounding and Lunges

Everything lately has been ticking like a fine watch. I haven't been counting calories but I've been implementing a new philosophy of mine regarding calorie consumption and weightloss. Instead of "burning" calories you have to "earn" your calories.

Intermittent fasting has a big part to play. I make sure that I have burned more calories than my first meal contains. That way I'm always calorie depleted. In other words I've "earned" my first meal. So far it's working great. Today I'm down to 355.5lbs.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Lunges - 4 sets/12 reps per leg.



Last two sets were done with the SSB. Huge leg pump.
