Squats

During my days away from the weights I try my best to rebound. Today I got off the bench and did some proper squats.

Rebounding - 20 minutes.

Theragun.

Squats - bar/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 6 sets/6 reps/225lbs.


No belt, only knee sleeves. My body felt solid under these and I was able to drive up with power. I also took a shorter rest between sets than normal.
